Returns Policy

In-Store Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase subject to the product being unused and with original packaging and tags intact. Please bring your receipt, credit notes are valid for six months from the date of issue.

* Please note: we are unable to accept returns on earrings, footwear, keep cups, bottles, skincare, plants, swimwear and underwear. We do not offer returns on SALE and reduced items.

Online Returns/Exchanges
We love all the products we sell, and we hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason it’s not working for you, no problem.

Just send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt  with proof of purchase, making sure it’s unused and good as new in its original packaging with all tags still attached, to:

You’ll need to pay the postage costs and the goods will be your responsibility until they reach us. Once we’ve received your goods we’ll refund your debit/credit card and email you to let you know.

If you are returning an item from abroad you must notify us within 7 days and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty Goods
If you discover that your product is faulty following purchase, please get in touch with us ASAP.
