Please get in touch with us within 14 days to let us know details of your return. You then have a further 14 days to return the item, with proof of purchase, making sure it’s unused and good as new in its original packaging with all tags attached, to:
You’ll need to pay the postage costs and the goods will be your responsibility until they reach us. Once we’ve received your goods we’ll refund your debit/credit card and email you to let you know.
* Please note: we are unable to accept returns on earrings, footwear, keep cups, bottles, skincare, plants, swimwear and underwear.
